This privacy policy provides information about the processing of personal data in connection with the use of the solarmining.hu website (the "Website") and the contact form, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Scope and purpose of data processing

When you fill in the contact form on the Website, we process the following personal data solely for the purpose of handling your enquiry and getting in touch with you:

  • Name – to identify and address you
  • Email address – to contact you and reply to your enquiry
  • Phone number (optional) – to contact you, if you provide it
  • The content of your message – to answer your enquiry

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your voluntary, clear and explicit consent [Article 6(1)(a) GDPR], given by ticking the checkbox on the contact form. You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

4. Duration of processing

We process the personal data you provide for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and for the subsequent contact, but at most until you withdraw your consent. If a business relationship arises from your enquiry, the relevant statutory (e.g. accounting) requirements govern the retention period.

5. Data processors

We use the following service providers to operate the Website and to deliver the messages received through the contact form. The processors handle the data solely on our instructions and for the purpose described above.

  • Hosting and operation: Cloudflare, Inc. (serving and securing the Website).
  • Email delivery: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) – forwarding contact form messages by email.

Some processors may handle data outside the European Economic Area; in such cases transfers take place with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (e.g. the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission).

6. Your rights

Under the applicable law you may exercise the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • the right to information and access,
  • the right to rectification,
  • the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
  • the right to restriction of processing,
  • the right to data portability,
  • the right to withdraw consent at any time.

7. Remedies

8. Amendments

The controller reserves the right to amend this policy unilaterally. The version in force is always available on the Website. Effective: 2025.
